Shipping:
All Orders are Shipped (after payment has cleared) within 3-5 Business Days, depending on the Shipping Carrier.
Hawaii, Alaska, and other US Territories allow 5-10 Business Days.
You will receive an Email from Kush Kittie with Shipping Info and Tracking Number once your Order has been processed.
**Please keep in consideration of any shipping delays due to COVID-19, the Wild Fires, Weather Conditions etc.**
Returns:
We accept Returns & Exchanges on all our Products.
Items that are in New Condition, Unworn, Unaltered, and Free of Damage by the Costumer.
For a Full Refund or Exchange, Return/Mail Item(s) back in Box/Envelope with the Return Label Provided or to:
Mail out your Item(s) within 21 days from Receipt of Original Order.Items cannot be Exchanged or Returned after 21 days from Receipt of Original Order.
Kush Kittie Accessories such as Jewelry, Key Chains, Bags etc. that is Damaged or Faulty under Manufacturer Defects can be Returned for Repair or Replacement within Under 90 days from Receipt of Original Order.
Items must be Returned with all Kush Kittie Tags still Attached and Accessories in their Original Packaging.
Once we Receive your Item, it will be Inspected and Reviewed for its eligibility to be Exchanged or Returned upon which you will be notified via Email.
If approved Kush Kittie will initiate the Return to your Credit Card or original method of payment. Depending on your Credit Card Provider you will receive credit within a few business days.
If approved for an Exchange, you will receive a Kush Kittie Email with an Invoice and Shipping Confirmation Number.
Shipping Cost on ALL Returns are to be Paid by the Customer and will be deducted in the Refund.
